The American Heart Association offers training in a variety of formats.Classroom training means students are with an AHA instructor for their entire learning experience. Heartcode- Blended learning is a combination of eLearning, in which a student completes part of the course in a self-directed manner online, followed by a hands-on skills session.

HeartCode courses combine online learning with hands-on CPR skills practice to ensure competency. Students complete the online portion of the course at their own pace, anytime and anywhere they have Internet access. Students then attend a hands-on skills session with an AHA Instructor.
You will receive online instructions after registration. Cost includes both online component and skills.

BLS is the foundation for saving lives after cardiac arrest. For healthcare professionals who need the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner. Course is offered: BLS Provider BLS Renewal BLS Heartcode BLS Skills Only BLS Provider Certification: Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an AHA BLS Provider certification, valid for two years. This certification is widely recognized and meets the requirements for healthcare and emergency response personnel.
